E-libraries will regularly conduct programs and activities to engage various segments of the society. Libraries will organize programs for children, teens and adults to provide leadership, information, tools and a place where people can connect to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of active civic engagement. Libraries will work to create awareness about the values, culture, art and history of the region/district.
